• Translate payer notes into structured, natural-language prompts that elicit precise, auditable answers.
• Collaborate with reviewers to incorporate feedback on clarity, tone, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Background in infusion therapy operations, payer communications, or benefits investigation.
• Working knowledge of HCPCS, CPT, J-codes, modifiers, and relevant ICD-10 diagnoses.
