Key Responsibilities

The Teaching Expert (Research Project) role is a remote full-time position paying $50-$70/hr. It suits experienced professionals who want flexible, project-based AI work reviewed on a rolling basis. You collaborate directly with client teams on real deliverables that help train and evaluate next-generation AI systems, with no long-term commitment required.

• Develop scenarios: Collaborate on lesson prompts, student work samples, rubrics, and classroom what-ifs.
• Review AI responses: Evaluate clarity, logic, differentiation, and pedagogical accuracy in generated outputs.
• Document feedback: Provide actionable notes that improve future prompts and evaluation frameworks.
• Iterate with the team: Join focused sprints, experimenting with approaches and adapting as the research evolves.

Ideal Qualifications

• 3+ years teaching full-time at the middle or high school level in the US or Canada.
• Strength in lesson design, assessment, and written feedback.
• Comfort researching online, synthesizing information, and writing concisely.
• Collaborative mindset with willingness to iterate on project structure.

Project Timeline

• Duration: 6-8 weeks.
