Mercor is seeking contract analysts with litigation or corporate/transactional experience to support Australian dataset projects.

These roles involve compiling publicly available legal and financial documents for internal testing and external AI demos.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and organize public legal and financial documents based on guidelines.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and clarity of compiled materials.
• Verify sources and document provenance from public platforms.
• Collaborate asynchronously and meet tight deadlines.

Ideal Qualifications

• Litigation or corporate/transactional experience in an Australian state or territory.
• Familiarity with Australian legal and regulatory document sources.
• Excellent attention to detail and structured documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work on short timelines.

More About the Opportunity
