Mercor is partnering with IT leaders to create strategy, architecture, and security scenarios that train AI systems.

Mercor is working with an AI lab to encode the expertise of computer and information systems managers into high-impact training data.

Key Responsibilities

• Write tasks and scenarios that reflect real-world computer and information systems management work.
• Create realistic situations involving IT strategy, system architecture, project management, and team leadership.
• Develop scenarios for technology implementation, security oversight, budget management, and vendor coordination.
• Review and evaluate AI responses to IT management queries for accuracy and industry standards.
• Provide detailed feedback on information systems management scenarios to improve AI training.

Ideal Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience as a computer and information systems manager in professional, scientific, or technical services.
• Demonstrated professional recognition and management responsibilities.
• Proficient with computers and skilled at navigating various software systems.
• Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills.
• Ability to pass a video interview, background check, training, and qualification quiz.

More About the Opportunity

• Fully remote and asynchronous — complete work on your own schedule.
• Expected workload: 20+ hours per week with flexibility to scale up to 40 hours.
• Project start date: immediate, with engagements lasting around six weeks.

Compensation & Contract Terms

• $135-$150/hour with weekly payouts via Stripe Connect.
• Independent contractor engagement through Mercor.
• Hourly compensation is paid weekly via Stripe Connect.
• Payments are based on services rendered, and contractors maintain full control over their work schedule and methods.
