2) After expansion, the indicator waits for exhaustion — a measurable slowdown in momentum before the cross.
3) Only when both conditions are met does the signal fire. No expansion + exhaustion = no signal.
4) Result: fewer signals, but each one represents a genuine momentum shift — not a fake cross that reverses immediately.
