Equity Research AI Trainer

JobHub by NeonLabs, in partnership with Mercor, is seeking U.S. and Canada-based Equity Research Experts to support a leading foundational model AI lab in a specialized research project.

This role focuses on leveraging your financial domain expertise to train and enhance the next generation of AI systems. You will apply your deep understanding of public SEC filings, financial analysis, and market data evaluation to help researchers build advanced, highly specialized AI tools for the equity research space.

What You'll Do

• Train and enhance frontier AI models using human expertise in financial and equity research
• Analyze and extract critical data from public SEC filings to guide model intelligence
• Collaborate remotely with leading AI researchers to shape industry-specific AI systems
• Provide high-quality insights entirely from public data, without utilizing confidential or proprietary information from any current or past employers

Ideal Qualifications

• Based in the United States or Canada (Note: We are unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates at this time)
• 2+ years of experience working at top-tier firms in equity research
• Direct, hands-on experience analyzing, interpreting, and extracting information from public SEC filings
• Strong foundation in financial modeling, valuation, and corporate disclosure analysis
• Background with target employers such as major investment banks, asset management firms, or specialized financial research institutions
