Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated reasoning for ideological framing and balance.
- Identify conservative or reactionary assumptions and provide constructive corrections.
- Offer evidence-based feedback on how political ideas are represented in text.
- Collaborate with researchers to improve datasets and evaluation rubrics.
- Contribute to frameworks that help AI reason about democracy, equity, and justice.
Required Qualifications
- Strong grasp of liberal political theory, progressive movements, and democratic systems.
- Excellent critical thinking, analysis, and writing skills.
- Background in political science, sociology, journalism, or cultural research (preferred).
- Intellectual integrity and ability to handle complex or controversial content.
Additional Information
- Pay: $70/hour, negotiable based on experience.
- Schedule: 20-30 hours per week.
- Remote: Fully remote and asynchronous.
- Contract Type: Independent contractor under Mercor.
- Payment: Weekly payouts via Stripe Connect.
