Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated reasoning for ideological framing and balance.
• Identify conservative or reactionary assumptions and provide constructive corrections.
• Offer evidence-based feedback on how political ideas are represented in text.
• Collaborate with researchers to improve datasets and evaluation rubrics.
• Contribute to frameworks that help AI reason about democracy, equity, and justice.

Required Qualifications

• Strong grasp of liberal political theory, progressive movements, and democratic systems.
• Excellent critical thinking, analysis, and writing skills.
• Background in political science, sociology, journalism, or cultural research (preferred).
• Intellectual integrity and ability to handle complex or controversial content.

Additional Information

• Pay: $70/hour, negotiable based on experience.
• Schedule: 20-30 hours per week.
• Remote: Fully remote and asynchronous.
• Contract Type: Independent contractor under Mercor.
• Payment: Weekly payouts via Stripe Connect.
