You will convert real-world ML workflows into structured, high-quality evaluation suites.

Key Responsibilities

• Design detailed evaluations for machine learning engineering tasks.
• Assess AI-generated solutions in model training, debugging, optimization, and experimentation.
• Translate practical research/engineering workflows into benchmark-ready test sets.

Ideal Qualifications

• 3+ years in ML engineering or applied ML research.
• Hands-on model development, experimentation, and evaluation experience.
• Strong reasoning about ML system tradeoffs and design decisions.
• Clear technical writing and high attention to detail.
