Mercor is recruiting mathematics undergraduates/master’s students for a premier project with a leading AI lab.

You will curate difficult domain problems that improve next-generation large language model performance.

What You’ll Do

• Create high-quality math data and difficult problem sets.
• Contribute domain-level reasoning examples for frontier model training.
• Maintain strict quality and clarity in technical communication.

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing or holding a mathematics-related degree.
• Strong English proficiency and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and consistency.
• Comfortable with 15-20 hours/week (option to increase up to 40+).

Project Details

• Pay: $40/hour.
• Timeline: minimum 1-2 months with rolling review.
