The Medical and Health Services Managers role is a remote contract position paying $100-$115/hr. It suits experienced professionals who want flexible, project-based AI work reviewed on a rolling basis. You collaborate directly with client teams on real deliverables that help train and evaluate next-generation AI systems, with no long-term commitment required.

• Write tasks and scenarios that reflect real-world medical and health services management work.
• Create realistic situations involving healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, staff coordination, and quality improvement.
• Develop scenarios for budget management, policy implementation, patient care coordination, and facility administration.
• Review and evaluate AI responses to healthcare management queries for accuracy and industry standards.
• Provide detailed feedback on health services management scenarios to improve AI training.

Ideal Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience as a medical and health services manager in health care or social assistance.
• Demonstrated professional recognition and management responsibilities.
• Proficient with computers and comfortable navigating various software systems.
• Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills.
• Ability to pass a video interview, background check, training, and qualification quiz.

More About the Opportunity

• Fully remote and asynchronous - complete work on your own schedule.
• Expected workload: 20+ hours per week with flexibility to scale up to 40 hours.

Compensation & Contract Terms

• $100-$115/hour with weekly payouts through Stripe Connect.
• Independent contractor engagement through Mercor.
• Hourly compensation is paid weekly via Stripe Connect.
• Payments are based on services rendered, and contractors maintain full control over their work schedule and methods.
