Medical Fellows (Must be in Fellowship)

Mercor is seeking clinical fellows across most specialties for a project with a top AI lab focused on medical reasoning with lab data.

You will create diagnostic cases and scoring rubrics, and complete a paid training course and skills assessment before joining the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Create diagnostic cases based on realistic lab panel data.
• Develop rubrics that define high-quality responses to each case.
• Collaborate with research teams to refine medical reasoning datasets.
• Maintain exceptional accuracy and clinical detail in all deliverables.

Role Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a US-based fellowship program (non-radiology).
• Hold a US-based MD or DO.
• Strong experience working with medical lab panels and lab-based reasoning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
