Mercor is engaging medical office supervisors to design healthcare administration scenarios that train AI models on front-office leadership.

Mercor is partnering with an AI lab to capture how healthcare supervision professionals manage staff, compliance, and patient-facing workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Write tasks and scenarios that reflect real-world office and administrative supervision work in healthcare settings.
• Create realistic situations involving medical office coordination, patient scheduling, billing and insurance processing, and healthcare documentation.
• Develop scenarios for supervising front desk staff, medical records personnel, patient registration, and handling HIPAA compliance.
• Review and evaluate AI responses to healthcare administrative supervision queries for accuracy and professional standards.
• Provide detailed feedback on healthcare office management scenarios to improve AI training.

Ideal Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience as a first-line supervisor of office and administrative support workers in health care or social assistance.
• Demonstrated professional recognition and management responsibilities.
• Proficient with computers and experienced with healthcare software systems.
• Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills.
• Ability to pass a video interview, background check, training, and qualification quiz.

More About the Opportunity

• Fully remote and asynchronous — complete work on your own schedule.
• Expected workload: 20+ hours per week with flexibility to scale up to 40 hours.
• Project start date: immediate, with engagements lasting around six weeks.

Compensation & Contract Terms

• $60-$75/hour with weekly payouts via Stripe Connect.
• Independent contractor engagement through Mercor.
• Hourly compensation is paid weekly via Stripe Connect.
• Payments are based on services rendered, and contractors maintain full control over their work schedule and methods.
