In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required , your domain knowledge is what matters. This is a unique opportunity for product design professionals who excel at articulating and documenting the “why” behind design choices, distilling complex ideas into clear, actionable writing. Rather than creating visual deliverables, you’ll leverage your experience in product design, design strategy, prototyping, and analytical writing to explain rationale, assess trade-offs, and communicate structured decisions to advance AI’s understanding of design thinking. Scope of Work Produce well-structured written analyses explaining product design decisions, rationale, and user impact with clarity and depth. Evaluate and critique product and design information, articulating trade-offs, constraints, and business context in plain English. Draft, review, and refine design documentation, specifications, and case studies focused on design reasoning and process. Translate complex design concepts and frameworks into accessible, reader-friendly language suitable for AI model training. Conduct comparative assessments of design solutions, highlighting decision points and implications for users and stakeholders. Collaborate with project stakeholders via asynchronous channels to clarify requirements and align on deliverables. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of end-to-end product design experience, ideally across web or mobile platforms. Demonstrated expertise in design strategy, prototyping (especially Figma), and articulating design rationale. Proven history of drafting design docs, specifications, critiques, or detailed case studies as part of prior projects. <li data-list
