Neurologists
Mercor is hiring neurologists on behalf of a healthcare partner dedicated to advancing neurological care. You will diagnose, treat, and manage disorders of the brain, spinal cord, nerves, and muscles across diverse patient populations.
The role emphasizes evidence-based medicine, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and delivering compassionate, patient-centered care for conditions ranging from migraines and epilepsy to Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage neurological conditions, including stroke, epilepsy, migraines, multiple sclerosis, and neurodegenerative diseases.
- Conduct and interpret neurological exams, imaging studies, and diagnostic tests.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and provide long-term patient care and follow-up.
- Collaborate with neurosurgeons, rehabilitation specialists, and other medical professionals to coordinate care.
- Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to medical standards, quality measures, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with specialization in Neurology.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology.
- Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in applicable jurisdictions.
- Strong clinical expertise in neurological assessment and management.
- Excellent patient communication, counseling, and collaborative skills.
