Education - Hourly Contract - Remote - $75/hr

Mercor is collaborating with a frontier AI research group seeking physics experts with IPhO experience or a PhD. You will help build multilingual datasets that challenge AI models with advanced physics reasoning tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify advanced physics questions and resources in multiple languages.
• Curate materials into structured datasets with relevant metadata.
• Verify scientific accuracy and ensure each item meets difficulty requirements.
• Extract reasoning frameworks and solution outlines from academic references.

Ideal Qualifications

• Background in physics with IPhO participation or a PhD in a physics discipline.
• Ability to evaluate rigor and complexity in advanced physics problem sets.
• Experience working with international or multilingual academic resources.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing structured datasets.
