As a Platform Engineer you will design, build and maintain the core systems powering a rapidly growing platform. You will work closely with product and infrastructure teams to ensure reliability, scalability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain distributed backend services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver new features.
• Ensure high availability and performance of the platform.
• Continuously integrate new technologies to improve our stack.

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in at least one systems programming language (e.g. Go, Rust, Python, Java).
• Experience designing and deploying distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of reliability, scalability and security best practices.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.

Additional Information

• Pay: $185K-$300K base salary with performance bonus potential up to 40%.
