Mercor is seeking experienced real estate sales agents to build authentic client, negotiation, and transaction scenarios for AI training.

Mercor is partnering with a leading AI lab to translate the day-to-day decisions of real estate agents into structured training data.

Key Responsibilities

• Write tasks and scenarios that reflect real-world real estate sales work based on your professional experience.
• Create realistic situations involving property showings, client consultations, pricing negotiations, market analysis, and closing transactions.
• Develop scenarios for handling buyer objections, preparing comparative market analyses, coordinating with lenders and inspectors, staging advice, and managing multiple offers.
• Review and evaluate AI responses to real estate sales queries for accuracy and professional standards.
• Provide detailed feedback on real estate sales scenarios to improve AI training.

Ideal Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience as a real estate sales agent in residential or commercial property sales.
• Demonstrated professional recognition and management responsibilities.
• Proficient with computers and comfortable navigating various software systems.
• Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills.
• Ability to pass a video interview, background check, training, and qualification quiz.

More About the Opportunity

• Fully remote and asynchronous — complete work on your own schedule.
• Expected workload: 20+ hours per week with flexibility to scale up to 40 hours.
• Project start date: immediate, with engagements lasting around six weeks.

Compensation & Contract Terms

• $75-$90/hour with weekly payouts via Stripe Connect.
• Independent contractor engagement through Mercor.
• Hourly compensation is paid weekly via Stripe Connect.
• Payments are based on services rendered, and contractors maintain full control over their work schedule and methods.
