Mercor is recruiting Retail Pharmacists as independent contractors for a research project with a top AI company.

You will use your professional experience to design pharmacy-related questions and scenarios in a remote, asynchronous workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Design realistic pharmacy questions and scenarios based on retail practice.
• Apply domain knowledge to ensure tasks reflect real pharmacy workflows.
• Follow project guidelines and quality standards for consistent data.
• Deliver work on schedule in a fully remote environment.

Ideal Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-time experience as a Retail Pharmacist.
• Based in the US, UK, or Canada.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).
