You will record narrated screen sessions and annotate screenshots from professional tools following structured guidelines.

What You'll Do

• Record screen sessions demonstrating office suite tasks with clear narration.
• Annotate screenshots by drawing precise bounding boxes around relevant UI elements.
• Follow staging instructions to set up specific UI states before capture.
• Use the custom capture tool and adhere closely to data-quality guidelines.

Who You Are

• Strong familiarity with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow precise instructions consistently.
• Comfortable working independently and meeting tight deadlines.
• Have access to a physical Mac and can create a fresh macOS user profile if required.

What Success Looks Like

• Annotations are precise, consistent, and aligned with guidelines.
• Screen recordings capture realistic, expert workflows end-to-end.
• Tasks are completed efficiently while maintaining high quality.
• Collected data is usable at scale for AI research and development.
