Mercor is hiring seasoned wholesale sales representatives to craft business-to-business scenarios that strengthen AI understanding of territory and client management.

Mercor is partnering with a leading AI lab to capture how wholesale representatives build relationships, negotiate pricing, and manage territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Write tasks and scenarios that reflect real-world wholesale sales work for non-technical and non-scientific products.
• Create realistic situations involving client prospecting, product demonstrations, price negotiations, and order processing.
• Develop scenarios for building customer relationships, handling objections, managing territories, and meeting sales targets.
• Review and evaluate AI responses to wholesale sales queries for accuracy and professional standards.
• Provide detailed feedback on business-to-business sales scenarios to improve AI training.

Ideal Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience as a wholesale sales representative selling non-technical, non-scientific products.
• Demonstrated professional recognition and management responsibilities.
• Proficient with computers and comfortable navigating various software systems.
• Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills.
• Ability to pass a video interview, background check, training, and qualification quiz.

More About the Opportunity

• Fully remote and asynchronous — complete work on your own schedule.
• Expected workload: 20+ hours per week with flexibility to scale up to 40 hours.
• Project start date: immediate, with engagements lasting around six weeks.

Compensation & Contract Terms

• $50-$65/hour with weekly payments via Stripe Connect.
• Independent contractor engagement through Mercor.
• Hourly compensation is paid weekly via Stripe Connect.
• Payments are based on services rendered, and contractors maintain full control over their work schedule and methods.
