Mercor is hiring conservative politics experts to help a frontier AI lab evaluate ideological balance. You will analyze outputs, diagnose progressive framings, and provide reasoned corrections rooted in conservative intellectual traditions.

Ideological & Reasoning Evaluation

• Analyze AI outputs to identify progressive or left-leaning framings that distort conservative reasoning.
• Deliver evidence-based feedback that restores depth, nuance, and intellectual integrity to conservative perspectives.
• Collaborate with researchers to improve ideological balance across topics like tradition, markets, governance, community, and liberty.
• Design frameworks that help models engage with moral, cultural, and institutional dimensions of conservative thought.

Ideal Backgrounds

• Political scientists, historians, philosophers, or economists specializing in conservative movements or theory.
• Writers, journalists, or researchers focused on ideological bias, political culture, or institutions from a conservative lens.
• Academics or analysts able to articulate conservative reasoning clearly and diagnose progressive framing.
