Mercor is recruiting Counter and Rental Clerks as independent contractors for a research project with a top AI company.

You will use your professional experience to design questions related to counter and rental workflows in a remote, asynchronous environment.

The Counter and Rental Clerks role is a remote full-time position paying $45-$50/hr. It suits experienced professionals who want flexible, project-based AI work reviewed on a rolling basis. You collaborate directly with client teams on real deliverables that help train and evaluate next-generation AI systems, with no long-term commitment required.

• Design realistic customer-service and rental process questions.

• Follow guidelines and quality standards for consistent data.
• Complete work on schedule in a fully remote environment.

Ideal Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-time experience as a Counter or Rental Clerk.
• Based in the US, UK, or Canada.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).
