Mercor is supporting an AI lab that needs infusion-focused benefits scripts to guide payer calls for complex therapies.

You will document the questions, branching logic, and compliance language that ensure payer conversations capture every requirement for infusion orders.

Responsibilities

• Write and refine question flows for payer calls covering eligibility and benefits for infusion therapies.
• Account for benefit distinctions such as medical versus pharmacy coverage, site-of-care rules, and step therapy pathways.
• Translate payer notes into structured, natural-language prompts that elicit precise, auditable answers.
• Collaborate with reviewers to incorporate feedback on clarity, tone, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Background in infusion therapy operations, payer communications, or benefits investigation.
• Working knowledge of HCPCS, CPT, J-codes, modifiers, and relevant ICD-10 diagnoses.
• Understanding of buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, and site-of-care considerations.
• Excellent written documentation skills with strong attention to detail.

• Location: Remote within the United States working asynchronously with Mercor teams.
