Your feedback will shape prompt libraries, surface cultural context the models miss, and keep creative outputs aligned with Japanese language and media standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Japanese Language Consultant role is a remote contract position paying $32-$37/hr. It suits experienced professionals who want flexible, project-based AI work reviewed on a rolling basis. You collaborate directly with client teams on real deliverables that help train and evaluate next-generation AI systems, with no long-term commitment required.

• Audit multimodal outputs: Review, rate, and refine AI-generated visuals based on Japanese prompts for accuracy, tone, and context.
• Provide cultural insight: Flag subtle translation issues, cultural inconsistencies, and sensitivities that affect downstream use.
• Experiment with Gemini: Run prompt tests across Gemini and related tools to document failure modes and reproduction steps.
• Partner with researchers: Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize fixes and articulate best practices for Japanese-language prompts.

Ideal Qualifications

• Full professional fluency in Japanese and English.
• Strong grasp of contemporary Japanese culture, media, and idiomatic expression.
• Content evaluation or translation experience; comfort writing clear, constructive feedback.
