Candidates must have a proven track record of delivering quality audio using advanced equipment and will be asked to provide a sample as part of the engagement process.
Scope of Work
- Produce and deliver high-quality Arabic audio recordings according to detailed specifications.
- Edit and refine audio files for clarity, consistency, and professional presentation.
- Maintain strict adherence to project guidelines related to script, tone, pace, and technical requirements.
- Utilize professional-grade audio equipment to ensure optimal sound fidelity and minimize background noise.
- Upload and submit completed recordings and related metadata through designated digital platforms.
- Participate in quality review cycles, incorporating feedback to improve submissions.
- Document workflow and processes to ensure traceability and reproducibility of results.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience in professional Arabic audio recording and editing.
- Proficiency with industry-standard audio recording software and hardware.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver multiple audio projects on deadline.
- Strong attention to audio detail, including diction, pronunciation, and overall sound quality.
- Experience delivering audio content for media, commercial, or technological applications.
- Familiarity with quality assurance processes in audio production environments.
- Strong organizational and communication skills for remote project collaboration.

In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required your domain knowledge is what matters. Creative expertise is essential, and this opportunity also requires previous paid experience with human data work for AI models such as data labeling, annotation, RLHF, AI output evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading. Experience solely generating images, video, or copy with AI tools does not fulfill this requirement. This is a unique chance to apply your creative and multimedia skillset in a cutting-edge technology context and influence the evolution of design tools.
Scope of Work
- Complete structured tasks involving creative applications such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance
- Evaluate AI-generated design and media outputs for accuracy, usability, and realism, referencing professional workflows
- Provide detailed annotations, constructive feedback, and quality ratings according to defined project criteria
- Document observations and improvement suggestions related to creative processes and tool usage
- Submit deliverables within agreed-upon timelines and uphold quality benchmarks set by the project
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 2 years of professional experience using creative or design tools in contexts such as graphic design, motion graphics, video editing, UI/UX, fashion design, presentation design, or audio/sound work
- Proficiency with the applications relevant to your expertise; experience with comparable creative tools is also welcome
- Verified, paid Human Data experience for AI training such as data labeling, annotation, RLHF, AI output evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading (this is a firm requirement)
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills at B2 level or above
- No formal degree necessary; substantial practical creative experience is the key qualification
- Dependable internet connection and readiness to begin participating promptly
