Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required , your domain knowledge is what matters. Key Responsibilities: Accurately annotate, categorize, and tag large volumes of data in Spanish and English. Follow detailed project guidelines to ensure consistent and high-quality data labeling. Work closely with project leads and team members to resolve ambiguities and align on annotation standards. Identify data quality issues and proactively communicate errors or inconsistencies. Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on best practices and evolving annotation protocols. Provide feedback to help refine annotation processes, guidelines, and tools. Manage time effectively to meet daily and weekly productivity targets in a dynamic remote environment. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when working with language data. Ability to interpret and follow complex annotation guidelines and adapt to changing requirements. Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
