Mercor is hiring for this role as an independent contractor engagement. Work is remote and project based.

Role Overview We're recruiting Peruvian Spanish generalist speakers for immediate customer experience (CX) agent testing. You'll participate in phone calls and live interaction testing to evaluate our client's conversational AI agent.

What You'll Do

• Make outbound/inbound calls to test the CX agent's responses and behavior

• Follow basic prompts and scenarios provided

• Provide feedback on conversation flow and user experience

• No domain expertise required, generalist perspective is exactly what we need

Schedule & Compensation

• Duration: 1-2 weeks

• Daily Commitment: 1-3 hours per day

• Start Date: Immediate

Requirements

• Native or fluent Peruvian Spanish speaker

• Ability to make clear phone calls with good audio quality

• Available to start immediately
