Mercor is recruiting Producers and Directors as independent contractors for a research project with a top AI company.

You will use your professional experience to design questions related to production leadership and creative workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design realistic producer/director questions and scenarios.
• Apply domain knowledge to ensure tasks reflect real-world workflows.
• Follow guidelines and quality standards for consistent data.
• Deliver work on schedule in a fully remote environment.

Ideal Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-time experience as a Producer or Director.
• Based in the US, UK, or Canada.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).
