Mercor is engaging experienced property and community association managers to create detailed scenarios that train AI systems on operations and resident relations.

Mercor is partnering with an AI lab to translate property management expertise into structured datasets covering resident relations, maintenance, and budget oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Write tasks and scenarios that reflect real-world property management based on your professional experience.
• Create realistic situations involving tenant relations, lease negotiations, maintenance coordination, budget management, and community association governance.
• Develop scenarios for handling property emergencies, enforcing HOA policies, managing vendor relationships, conducting inspections, and resolving resident disputes.
• Review and evaluate AI responses to property management queries for accuracy and professional standards.
• Provide detailed feedback on property management scenarios to improve AI training.

Ideal Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in property management, real estate operations, or community association management.
• Demonstrated professional recognition and management responsibilities.
• Proficient with computers and adept at navigating various software systems.
• Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills.
• Ability to pass a video interview, background check, training, and qualification quiz.

More About the Opportunity

• Fully remote and asynchronous — complete work on your own schedule.
• Expected workload: 20+ hours per week with flexibility to scale up to 40 hours.
• Project start date: immediate, with engagements lasting around six weeks.

Compensation & Contract Terms

• $60-$75/hour with weekly payouts through Stripe Connect.
• Independent contractor engagement through Mercor.
• Hourly compensation is paid weekly via Stripe Connect.
• Payments are based on services rendered, and contractors maintain full control over their work schedule and methods.
