Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Subject Matter Expert (SME) to contribute specialized knowledge to AI and Large Language Model (LLM) projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in sales strategies, customer engagement, lead generation, negotiation, pipeline management, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Create, review, and evaluate sales-related content and AI-generated responses.
• Develop realistic sales scenarios, case studies, and customer interactions.
• Assess content for accuracy, relevance, clarity, and adherence to industry best practices.
• Provide expert feedback to improve AI models’ understanding of sales concepts and processes.
• Apply established sales methodologies to evaluate practical business situations.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement in sales-related outputs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet quality and project requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3, 5 years of professional experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Strong knowledge of the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, pitching, negotiation, closing, and retention.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
