Role Overview:
We are looking for an AI Data Analyst / LLM Trainer to join our team and contribute to projects focused on improving and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs), including models similar to ChatGPT.
In this role, you will use your analytical reasoning, research, English comprehension, and communication skills to evaluate content, solve complex problems, validate information, and provide detailed feedback that helps AI models become more accurate, reliable, and effective.
You will work on a variety of analytical tasks, including breaking down complex information into logical components, conducting online research, validating claims, interpreting data, solving logic-based problems, and creating high-quality examples and explanations for AI training.
This is an opportunity to develop practical expertise in AI, data analysis, and LLM evaluation while working on projects that directly contribute to the development of next-generation AI systems.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and evaluate content to determine accuracy, relevance, logic, and consistency.
- Read and break down large or complex pieces of information into clear, logical components.
- Conduct online research to investigate topics and validate claims.
- Analyze data, trends, distributions, and scenarios to identify meaningful insights.
- Solve logical, analytical, and reasoning-based problems.
- Create scenarios, questions, and examples that help train and improve LLMs.
- Identify incorrect or incomplete AI-generated responses and determine the correct answer.
- Provide clear explanations and detailed annotations to help models understand why an answer is correct or incorrect.
- Provide constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
- Apply critical and lateral thinking to ambiguous or complex problems.
- Work independently while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve evaluation methodologies and workflows.
- Learn and apply AI-powered tools and techniques to become a more effective analyst.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong written and reading English.
- Good analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong research and problem-solving abilities.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to explain ideas clearly in writing.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Reliable computer and internet connection.

Offer Details:
- Commitments Required : At least 4 hours per day and minimum 20 hours per week with overlap of 4 hours with PST. (We have 3 options of time commitment: 20 hrs/week, 30 hrs/week or 40 hrs/week)

- Duration of contract : 1 month
