Mercor is partnering with an AI lab to map the leadership practices that keep wholesale sales teams high-performing and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities

The Wholesale Sales Supervisors role is a remote contract position paying $70-$85/hr. It suits experienced professionals who want flexible, project-based AI work reviewed on a rolling basis. You collaborate directly with client teams on real deliverables that help train and evaluate next-generation AI systems, with no long-term commitment required.

• Write tasks and scenarios that reflect real-world sales supervision work in wholesale trade.
• Create realistic situations involving team leadership, sales quota management, performance coaching, and territory assignment.
• Develop scenarios for training sales representatives, resolving customer escalations, conducting performance reviews, and coordinating with sales management.
• Review and evaluate AI responses to wholesale sales supervision queries for accuracy and professional standards.
• Provide detailed feedback on sales team management scenarios to improve AI training.

Ideal Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience as a first-line supervisor of non-retail sales workers in wholesale trade.
• Demonstrated professional recognition and management responsibilities.
• Proficient with computers and capable of navigating different software systems.
• Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills.
• Ability to pass a video interview, background check, training, and qualification quiz.

More About the Opportunity

• Fully remote and asynchronous - complete work on your own schedule.
• Expected workload: 20+ hours per week with flexibility to scale up to 40 hours.
• Project start date: immediate, with engagements lasting around six weeks.

Compensation & Contract Terms

• $70-$85/hour with weekly payouts via Stripe Connect.
• Independent contractor engagement through Mercor.
• Hourly compensation is paid weekly via Stripe Connect.
• Payments are based on services rendered, and contractors maintain full control over their work schedule and methods.
