Quick Start (New Traders)

Plain English: PM = premarket levels. “Confirmation” means price proves the move is real, not just a quick spike.

Watchlist Rules

Average daily volume above 5M shares
Tight spread, reliable fills
News catalyst or broad index momentum
Avoid low-float random names

2 Order Defaults

Use limit entries near confirmation close.
Stop order placed immediately after fill.
Target 1 at 1R, then trail or scale based on clean trend continuation.
No entries allowed during 09:30-09:45 ET.

3 Position Sizing

Risk 0.5% to 1% account per trade.
Shares = (Account x Risk%) / Stop Distance
Max 2 attempts per side per day.
Max daily loss 2R then stop trading.

4 Execution Checklist

Day type confirmed (Trend / Range / Skip).
Trigger confirmed (BREAK/RETEST or SUP/RES).
Stop and size set before click.
Skip overextended candles (bad reward-to-risk).

Stocks Trap Chasing late breakouts after the expansion candle kills R/R. Wait for structure confirmation before entry.
